Pre-Order & Processing Time
All our heels are made-to-order and hand-customised with care. Please allow 2- 3 weeks from the time of your purchase for production and customisation. This includes time for us to receive and customise your heels. 

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. We appreciate your patience as each pair is uniquely made for you!

Shipping Time
After your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location:

• Domestic: 2–5 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.
